Late Cancellations/Did Not Attend Policy
Due to a high demand of appointments here at Women's wellbeing, we have a cancellation/did not attend policy. We are consistently heavily booked, and missed appointments may deprive another patient of an appointment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, we kindly ask that you contact the practice a minimum of 2 hours before your appointment time.

In some circumstances, late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $50.00.

At Women's wellbeing we try our best to remain punctual while attending to all of our patients' needs.

To ensure we can remain on time for the next patient, please ensure you select the most appropriate appointment length for your needs. A standard consultation will allow enough time to cover one issue or something simple, whereas a long consultation is best for multiple/complex issues as outlined below.
